Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face community outreach and engagement
• Represent nonprofit organizations by educating community members about their mission and impact
• Build positive relationships with supporters and answer questions professionally
• Promote fundraising initiatives and encourage voluntary donations to support charitable campaigns
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude while interacting with the public
• Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising and outreach goals

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with new people in a face-to-face environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
