About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly face-to-face customer service during residential outreach
- Educate community members on nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising initiatives
- Communicate clearly and respectfully while addressing questions and concerns
- Encourage voluntary contributions to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns
- Build positive relationships and represent nonprofit partners professionally
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building workshops
- Develop communication, fundraising, and leadership skills through hands-on experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging with people in face-to-face settings
- Positive, outgoing, and service-oriented attitude
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Must be 18+ years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
