Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to internal and external customers
• Perform counter procedures including answering phones/emails, placing orders, and assisting walk-in traffic
• Manage tool intake and release, including logging tools and conducting warranty assessments
• Maintain monetary transactions, record maintenance, and assist with inventory counts
• Contact customers for repair cost approvals or tool pick-up requests
• Prepare and sort shipments/totes accurately for daily carrier pickups
• Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Effective business communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both as a team player and independently
• Experience with electric tools is considered a strong asset
