Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service for TV streaming accounts
  • Provide technical support for telecom accounts
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Requirements

  • English proficiency at B2 level or above
  • Graduates or dropouts are welcome to apply
  • Military papers required for males
  • Previous experience is a plus
