Responsibilities
- Support a public utility client via phone and digital channels in a 24/7 operation
- Work various shifts including at least one weekend day and utilize leading customer service technologies
- Complete a minimum of 6 weeks on-site training in Chesapeake, VA before transitioning to work-from-home
