About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding mortgage collections and servicing
  • Assist borrowers with real-time payments, extensions, and due date changes
  • Manage inquiries related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, escrow, and billing
  • Negotiate account cure and liquidation options
  • Update demographic information and maintain accurate account records
  • Follow scripted materials and procedures to resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
  • Strong time management skills
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including occasional Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in mortgage servicing
  • Experience with Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
  • Experience using LiveVox software
