About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding mortgage collections and servicing
- Assist borrowers with real-time payments, extensions, and due date changes
- Manage inquiries related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, escrow, and billing
- Negotiate account cure and liquidation options
- Update demographic information and maintain accurate account records
- Follow scripted materials and procedures to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- At least 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
- Strong time management skills
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including occasional Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in mortgage servicing
- Experience with Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
- Experience using LiveVox software
