Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Support guests across live chat, email, phone, social media, and app reviews
• Uphold the Disney brand and champion fan loyalty and guest experience
• Deliver exceptional guest service to achieve customer satisfaction targets
• Respond to and resolve guest queries efficiently and in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and updates
• Adhere to Disney processes and record guest information accurately in the CRM
• Take ownership of queries and complaints to resolve guest concerns
• Maintain a clear, consistent tone of voice reflecting the Disney brand
• Highlight potential contact drivers and share learnings with the Disney GX team

Requirements

• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Confident decision-making in line with business processes
• Basic computer, typing, and keyboard skills; experience navigating IT systems
• Customer service or contact center experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• High School or K-12 completion
• Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Conscientious, reliable, and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
• Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and service excellence
