Responsibilities
- Support guests across live chat, email, phone, social media, and app reviews
- Uphold the Disney brand and champion fan loyalty and guest experience
- Deliver exceptional guest service to achieve customer satisfaction targets
- Respond to and resolve guest queries efficiently and in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and updates
- Adhere to Disney processes and record guest information accurately in the CRM
- Take ownership of queries and complaints to resolve guest concerns
- Maintain a clear, consistent tone of voice reflecting the Disney brand
- Highlight potential contact drivers and share learnings with the Disney GX team
Requirements

- Confident decision-making in line with business processes
- Basic computer, typing, and keyboard skills; experience navigating IT systems
- Customer service or contact center experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- High School or K-12 completion
- Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Conscientious, reliable, and enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
