Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
• Manage customer inquiries regarding account status, titles, and optional products
• Analyze payment histories and provide accurate information regarding principal and interest breakdowns
• Assist customers with account extensions, deferrals, and payment processing
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
• Perform manual calculations and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to perform manual calculations
• Must have a smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer
• Must have hardwired internet access (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload)
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free, and secure home environment
