About the role

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot billing issues, technical questions, or service concerns
  • Document customer interactions using CRM platforms and internal tools
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience
  • Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and first-call resolution
  • Collaborate with your team and attend required training sessions

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of previous experience in a BPO or call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (B2 level or higher)
  • Experience using CRM platforms, customer service tools, or ticketing systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in inbound customer service roles
  • Experience handling complex customer issues with empathy
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
