About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or account-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot billing issues, technical questions, or service concerns
- Document customer interactions using CRM platforms and internal tools
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience
- Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and first-call resolution
- Collaborate with your team and attend required training sessions
Requirements
- At least 6 months of previous experience in a BPO or call center environment
- Strong verbal and written English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Experience using CRM platforms, customer service tools, or ticketing systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inbound customer service roles
- Experience handling complex customer issues with empathy
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
