Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online chats regarding orders and product information
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products
- Build sustainable customer relationships and engage customers
- Stay current with industry trends to provide best-in-class service
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare account
- Proficiency in the required language
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Strong affinity for customer service
- Ability to calm patients during stressful situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
