About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer and guide customers to ensure the best possible experience with solutions
- Assist with moving services, invoices, and general inquiries
- Onboard new customers to the Strømlinet platform
- Advise customers on solutions with a focus on upselling and relevant add-ons
- Maintain a positive and professional customer dialogue via telephone
Requirements
- Service-minded with strong communication skills
- Patient and solution-oriented
- Comfortable with high-volume telephone customer dialogue
- Structured worker comfortable with digital systems
- Fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken)
