Responsibilities

  • Answer and guide customers to ensure the best possible experience with solutions
  • Assist with moving services, invoices, and general inquiries
  • Onboard new customers to the Strømlinet platform
  • Advise customers on solutions with a focus on upselling and relevant add-ons
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer dialogue via telephone

Requirements

  • Service-minded with strong communication skills
  • Patient and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable with high-volume telephone customer dialogue
  • Structured worker comfortable with digital systems
  • Fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken)
