Customer Service Representative/Storeperson

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and relationships via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and sales departments to meet customer requirements regarding product specs and delivery
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes to support sales teams and branches across Australia
• Provide internal feedback to sales teams regarding customer and competitor information
• Resolve customer issues and identify ways to improve the overall customer experience
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and internal systems are updated accurately

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Ability to learn and adapt to new and custom IT systems quickly
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive approach to building constructive professional relationships
• Commitment to personal and team safety and well-being
• Forklift and warehousing experience is beneficial but not essential
