Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders by identifying catalog numbers, descriptions, and verifying quantities
• Drive incremental sales by answering product questions and suggesting related services or products
• Conduct sales and customer service both in-person at the counter and via telephone
• Provide technical support regarding product application, features, benefits, and maintenance
• Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of issues and explaining the best solutions

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday through Friday full-time (1st shift)
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a retail or service environment
• Experience reading schematics to determine parts needed for tool repairs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
• High degree of integrity, dependability, and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Bilingual proficiency
