Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle pricing, catalog numbers, descriptions, and quantities for customer orders
• Drive incremental sales by answering product questions and suggesting related services or products
• Conduct customer sales and service both in-person at the counter and via telephone
• Advise customers on product applications, features, benefits, and proper maintenance
• Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of problems and explaining the best solutions

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday through Friday full-time, with additional hours as needed
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a retail or service environment
• Experience reading schematics to determine parts needed for specific tool repairs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• High degree of integrity, accountability, and ability to work with minimal supervision
