About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and order intake, guiding customers to correct ordering methods
- Create and proactively follow up on quotations and manage the orderbook
- Actively participate in account teams alongside Sales and Application Engineers
- Manage logistics parameters and execution in the system to ensure on-time deliveries
- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution
- Monitor compliance with customer agreements and initiate corrective actions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service, Sales Support, or similar)
- Fluent in both French and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a remote team in France
- Resilience and a proactive mindset in a changing environment
- Willingness to travel to the French site near Paris for onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or knowledge using SAP or other ERP systems
