About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and order intake, guiding customers to correct ordering methods
  • Create and proactively follow up on quotations and manage the orderbook
  • Actively participate in account teams alongside Sales and Application Engineers
  • Manage logistics parameters and execution in the system to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution
  • Monitor compliance with customer agreements and initiate corrective actions

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service, Sales Support, or similar)
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a remote team in France
  • Resilience and a proactive mindset in a changing environment
  • Willingness to travel to the French site near Paris for onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience or knowledge using SAP or other ERP systems
