Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Support global customers with technical troubleshooting and root cause identification
• Act as the first point of contact for quotations and general product inquiries
• Manage the end-to-end order process, including ordering, invoicing, and logistics support
• Liaise with suppliers to communicate customer-specific requirements
• Maintain customer support digital tools and manage data accuracy
• Monitor availability and lead-time management to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
• Full professional fluency in English
• Experience with quotation processes and customer support
• Familiarity with ERP system functionalities
• Advanced skills in Office 365, particularly Excel for data handling
• Basic understanding of the imperial measurement system (inches)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using SAP or AS/400
• Prior experience in a technical customer support role
