About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer service tickets, phone calls, and Teams messages
  • Respond to requests from customers, sales reps, and service reps
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation in the ERP System
  • Act as an Account advocate for inquiries requiring concierge handling
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding updates, changes, and delays
  • Investigate and resolve billing concerns, including tracking shipments and researching price differences
  • Enter orders and address inquiries using standardized processes
  • Complete and review customer specific reports for accuracy

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of previous customer service experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or installation/maintenance/repair environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Business or related field
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience with ERP systems (quoting, order entry, and returns)
