About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer service tickets, phone calls, and Teams messages
- Respond to requests from customers, sales reps, and service reps
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation in the ERP System
- Act as an Account advocate for inquiries requiring concierge handling
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding updates, changes, or delays
- Investigate and resolve billing concerns, including tracking shipments and researching price differences
- Enter orders and address inquiries using standardized processes
- Complete and review customer specific reports for accuracy
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in manufacturing or installation/maintenance/repair environments preferred
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (quoting, order entry, returns) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business or a related field
