Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience by processing and entering data accurately and timely
• Respond to customer service tickets, phone calls, and Teams messages following established guidelines
• Collaborate with sales, field service, and other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Maintain detailed records and documentation within the ERP system
• Act as an account advocate by managing inquiries that require concierge-level handling
• Proactively communicate updates, changes, and delays to customers
• Investigate and resolve billing concerns, including tracking shipments and researching price differences
• Enter orders efficiently and complete customer-specific reports for accuracy

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of previous customer service experience
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or repair environment
• Experience using ERP systems for quoting, order entry, and returns
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Associate degree in Business or a related field
