Customer Service Representative, Senior

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.
• Act as a liaison between intercompany departments regarding client setup and inquiries.
• Assist with the onboarding and administration of new customers, including account setup.
• Manage Continuous and Single Transaction Bond activities for the US Northern Border Brokerage Division.
• Assist clients with the import and export clearance of goods through applicable borders.
• Follow up on shipment status inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
• Review and prepare orders according to customer requirements and monitor fulfillment.
• Identify and address opportunity areas to meet evolving customer demands.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CCS Designation (applicable to US NB and CND).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of Mexican Legislation in Foreign Trade (applicable to US SB, MX).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (applicable to US SB).
• Valid Passport and willingness to travel occasionally to other office locations.
• High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
