Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and reporting support to enable sales teams to focus on design and customer-facing activities.
• Manage the Quote to Cash process, including quotations, order entry, pricing validation, and invoicing.
• Act as the first level of contact for customer escalations, coordinating resolutions with distributors and central teams.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and credit control to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor demand changes to support forecast and backlog alignment with Asset Management.
• Support sample ordering, tracking, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and payment statuses.
• Prepare sales reports and documentation for the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment using various ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Model N, Salesforce, or Power BI.
