About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions via telephone, email, and chat (primarily in Dutch)
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns to find suitable solutions
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments or external carriers
- Monitor customer reviews and ensure correct handling
- Process administrative tasks resulting from customer contact
- Actively contribute to improvements in processes and service delivery
Requirements
- Completed education
- Previous experience in customer service or a customer-oriented role preferred
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch
- Knowledge of French, German, and/or English is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Ability to switch between different systems and tasks
- Team player with a willingness to learn and receive feedback
