About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact point for customers and partners via telephone and written communication
- Ensure smooth ordering and shipping processes to facilitate rapid product delivery
- Handle complaints and reclamations by finding quick, customer-oriented solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify errors, analyze causes, and implement service optimizations
Requirements
- Initial experience in customer service, telephony, correspondence, or sales
- Strong service mentality with high attention to detail and reliability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Business fluent German (written and spoken)
- English language skills are an advantage
