About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact point for customers and partners via telephone and written communication
  • Ensure smooth ordering and shipping processes to facilitate rapid product delivery
  • Handle complaints and reclamations by finding quick, customer-oriented solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify errors, analyze causes, and implement service optimizations

Requirements

  • Initial experience in customer service, telephony, correspondence, or sales
  • Strong service mentality with high attention to detail and reliability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Business fluent German (written and spoken)
  • English language skills are an advantage
