About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order processing, delivery communication, and issue resolution
- Enter and maintain customer orders within the Infor Syteline ERP system
- Review purchase orders for completeness, pricing, lead times, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Quality departments to support customer requirements
- Monitor open orders and proactively identify potential delivery risks or schedule conflicts
- Manage customer complaints, service requests, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within ERP and CRM systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of ERP/MRP and/or customer service or inside sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Two-year college degree or specialized certification
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite/Syteline
