About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order processing, delivery communication, and issue resolution
  • Enter and maintain customer orders within the Infor Syteline ERP system
  • Review purchase orders for completeness, pricing, lead times, and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Quality departments to support customer requirements
  • Monitor open orders and proactively identify potential delivery risks or schedule conflicts
  • Manage customer complaints, service requests, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within ERP and CRM systems

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of ERP/MRP and/or customer service or inside sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two-year college degree or specialized certification
  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite/Syteline
