Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming end-user and distributor communications regarding pricing, shipping, and order status
• Process customer orders, including standard, priority, and RMA requests
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within Oracle and CRM systems
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Logistics
• Monitor order holds and backlogs to ensure timely resolution and delivery
• Ensure the accuracy of pricing and discounts on all customer purchase orders

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 3-5 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Oracle, CRM tools, or supporting distributors
• Knowledge of pumps and related products
• Experience with international customer service and shipping processes
