About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Educate customers on company products and services
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and complete accurate transactions
- Use the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
- Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager
- Help maintain a neat and clean store environment
Requirements
- English fluency required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to engage with customers
- Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Honesty and integrity
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- Ability to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy, noisy environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
- English/Spanish bilingual skills
