About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
  • Educate customers on company products and services
  • Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and complete accurate transactions
  • Use the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager
  • Help maintain a neat and clean store environment

Requirements

  • English fluency required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
