Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
  • Educate customers on company products and services
  • Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and handle cash accurately
  • Process transactions using the point-of-sale system
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the Store Manager
  • Maintain a neat and clean store environment
