Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
• Educate customers on company products and services
• Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
• Use the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the Store Manager when needed
• Help maintain a neat and clean store environment

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred
• Comfort engaging with customers and strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance and demeanor with honesty and integrity
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
