Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
  • Educate customers on company products and services
  • Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and use the point-of-sale system
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the Store Manager
  • Help maintain a neat and clean store environment

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant (preferred)
  • Ability and willingness to engage with customers
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be honest and have integrity
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English fluency required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs with little assistance
  • Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
