Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Educate customers on company products and services
- Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and use the point-of-sale system
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the Store Manager
- Help maintain a neat and clean store environment
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant (preferred)
- Ability and willingness to engage with customers
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be honest and have integrity
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs with little assistance
- Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
