Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service as the primary point of contact in the store
  • Educate customers on PLS financial products and services
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the Store Manager when needed
  • Maintain a neat, clean store environment for customers and team members

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and willingness to engage with customers
  • Ability to multitask with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional appearance, honesty, and integrity
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English fluency required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
