Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Educating customers on products and services
- Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and completing accurate cash handling
- Using point-of-sale systems to process transactions
- Resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager
- Maintaining a neat and clean store environment
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
