About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
  • Educate customers on company products and services
  • Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and complete accurate cash handling
  • Use point-of-sale systems to process transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager
  • Maintain a neat and clean store environment

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English fluency required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for extended periods
