About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Educate customers on company products and services
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and complete accurate cash handling
- Use point-of-sale systems to process transactions
- Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager
- Maintain a neat and clean store environment
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
