About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Customer Service Representative with servicing customer accounts via phone and walk-in visits
  • Complete insurance proposals and quotes for agents and producers
  • Issue binders, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatement notices
  • Prepare and distribute certificates of insurance
  • Maintain accounts within the agency management system
  • Process insurance claims and loss notices
  • Assist with policy renewals
  • Cross-sell insurance products

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
