Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Customer Service Representative with servicing customer accounts via phone and walk-in visits
- Complete insurance proposals and quotes for agents and producers
- Issue binders, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatement notices
- Prepare and distribute certificates of insurance
- Maintain accounts within the agency management system
- Process insurance claims and loss notices
- Assist with policy renewals
- Cross-sell insurance products
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proper insurance licenses
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Agency Software
- Ability to operate office machines including switchboards and copy machines
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
