Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to engage small business customers through structured, customer-focused consultations
- Follow established call flows and quality standards while personalizing each interaction
- Accurately document customer needs, outcomes, and interaction details across multiple systems
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and solution delivery
- Adapt quickly to evolving business environments while maintaining high-quality conversations
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with outbound dialing systems or high-volume calling
- Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously during live customer conversations
- Clear, professional communication skills suitable for B2B interactions
