Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage incoming and outgoing calls to provide product information and develop sales opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors
• Provide technical and sales support, including detailed quotations and pricing/delivery information
• Manage distributor shipment schedules, express shipments, and dispatch instructions
• Oversee administrative procedures, including data management, order discounts, and returns for warranty/repairs
• Resolve customer concerns regarding invoices, back-orders, and shipping discrepancies
• Monitor customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and communicate schedule changes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
