Obvio AI uses solar-powered, AI-assisted cameras to enforce traffic laws and prevent traffic-related deaths. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures and Khosla Ventures, we are building the intelligence layer for safer streets globally.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for questions regarding traffic tickets, violations, and payment options
  • Deliver clear, compassionate support and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Accurately track inbound payments including online, cashier’s checks, and money orders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
  • Maintain detailed records and uphold high standards of data accuracy

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer support or direct consumer communication
  • Experience with transactions, accounts receivable, and payment tracking
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Ability to work shifts from 8am - 5pm
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with support ticketing systems
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Background in traffic enforcement, legal, or government sectors
