Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain broad knowledge of product offerings and services
• Listen attentively to customer needs and advocate for the customer
• Process phone, fax, and email orders accurately within time constraints
• Coordinate between sales and production to meet customer deadlines
• Manage small projects and coordinate delivery dates
• Resolve product or service problems

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
• 1-2 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Knowledge of aluminum glazing systems and applications
• Ability to work overtime when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EPICOR
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
