Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Maintain ownership of customer requests from initial contact through resolution
• Provide order status updates, ETAs, and product information
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and manage a shared email inbox
• Research customer accounts, order history, and quotes to troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with internal departments and Sales to resolve customer concerns
• Perform order updates, changes, and general administrative tasks
• Meet established performance expectations and KPIs

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Proficient in computer use and multiple software systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• Experience in technical fields such as doors, windows, aluminum systems, or partitions
