About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain broad knowledge of clients, products and services of organization
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint and determining the cause
- Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem and follow up to ensure resolution
- Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time
- Enter and track orders in the AS400 system
- Accurately process phone, fax and email orders by data entry
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Computer experience and ability to accurately type numbers
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
