Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders accurately within the ERP system following standard SOPs.
• Manage daily customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to align shipments and resolve order issues.
• Ensure adherence to global order management processes, quality requirements, and customer guidelines.
• Partner with Finance and Supply Chain departments to secure a smooth order-to-cash flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support internal controls and audits.
• Update daily trackers, backlog reports, and customer performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or administrative support.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to follow structured processes and perform routine problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added benefit.
