About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery through proactive monitoring and data entry.
- Provide sales support by answering questions regarding product assortment, applications, pricing, and delivery times.
- Manage customer relationships by registering and updating contracts, requests, and order data in relevant systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems within prescribed timescales to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Update product data, including price indexations and new product introductions, within automated systems.
- Communicate solutions to clients and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Identify bottlenecks in work processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of department procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in order processing and data management.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client complaints.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for interacting with diverse client bases.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
