Responsibilities

  • Listen to customer concerns and provide information, answers, or responses
  • Handle customer complaints and process returns effectively
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and product applications
  • Process telephone orders accordingly
  • Collaborate across teams

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Mandatory very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
