Responsibilities
- Listen to customer concerns and provide information, answers, or responses
- Handle customer complaints and process returns effectively
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Provide accurate information regarding products and product applications
- Process telephone orders accordingly
- Collaborate across teams
Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Mandatory very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
