Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support for Nilfisk Consumer products via phone and email.
• Manage specific customer accounts, following up on orders, feedback, and service needs.
• Handle daily customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, invoicing, returns, and service agreements.
• Identify and escalate commercial, sales, or service opportunities to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with key customers.
• Utilize ERP, CRM, and online tools to manage account information, product descriptions, and order status.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery dates.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish (written and oral) is required.
• Experience in sales, customer support, internal sales, or project coordination.
• A strong technical interest and experience providing technical support.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work professionally in a solution-oriented, team-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Norwegian language skills.
• Experience using SAP or Salesforce.
