About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to NEC students and families via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Promptly answer incoming calls and address inquiries regarding billing and financial aid.
- Assist students in obtaining all available funding to cover their account balances.
- Support students with the completion of necessary financial aid and billing requirements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the Office of Student Financial Services.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working in a student services, financial aid, admissions, or billing office.
