About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective members regarding Medicare Advantage plans using approved scripts
- Make outbound calls to prospective members who have requested callbacks
- Enter member information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and compliantly
- Determine prospective member eligibility and update CRM records accordingly
- Perform warm transfers to designated telesales teams
- Obtain verbal Scope of Appointment agreements for home appointments
- Register members for available seminars and fulfill requests for informational kits
- Adhere to all Federal, State, and client policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous call center experience
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data entry and technology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
