About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective members regarding Medicare Advantage plans using approved scripts
  • Make outbound calls to prospective members who have requested callbacks
  • Enter member information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and compliantly
  • Determine prospective member eligibility and update CRM records accordingly
  • Perform warm transfers to designated telesales teams
  • Obtain verbal Scope of Appointment agreements for home appointments
  • Register members for available seminars and fulfill requests for informational kits
  • Adhere to all Federal, State, and client policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous call center experience
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and technology
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
