Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via email, providing timely and professional responses regarding bookings, shipment status, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational or documentation issues impacting shipments
• Monitor shared inboxes and prioritize requests based on urgency and customer impact
• Promote digital tools such as myMSC to guide customers toward self-service capabilities
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications within internal systems
• Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive inquiries through proactive guidance and clear information sharing

Requirements

• University or College degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in shipping, logistics, or transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Bilingualism in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
