About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and execute customer orders and quotations in accordance with departmental procedures
- Handle incoming internal and external customer calls and inquiries
- Maintain customer account data and sales databases with accurate requirements
- Liaise between customers and internal departments to support timely fulfillment
- Identify customer issues or constraints and escalate for resolution
- Assist with new customer account setup and administrative maintenance
- Follow up on samples, quotes, and web inquiries to support opportunity development
- Participate in training and development to build product and system awareness
Requirements
- Associate degree or 2+ years of sales-related experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/CRM related software preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to ITAR compliance
