About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the wholesale market
- Manage customer service tasks including creating new purchasing authorizations and processing credits
- Update customer data and handle complaints
- Provide attentive customer support during peak times and closing hours
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or wholesale (e.g., Großhandelskaufmann, Einzelhandelskauffrau)
- Previous experience in a comparable position is ideal
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong customer orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude
