Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve direct customers and consumers by providing product and service assistance
• Accurately and promptly enter orders to match customer specifications
• Handle problem resolution and relationship management
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, market conditions, and product updates
• Assist with inquiries concerning quality, delivery coordination, product availability, and billing
• Offer product technical information and recommend alternative materials
• Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure a premier customer experience
• Engage Team Leads for escalated issues
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects

Requirements

• One year in a customer centric role within an office setting
• Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience in construction or manufacturing industry, ideally with metal roofing or siding
